Simply Supplies
Get over-the-counter medical supplies delivered right to your door! Choose from a wide range of supplies including bandages, aspirin, cough medicine and more. You can order items from the Simply Supplies product listing at no additional cost. Be sure to use your allowance each benefit period. To verify your allowance amount, check your Evidence of Coverage.

PLEASE NOTE: The Simply Supplies Program is not intended to replace or substitute your prescription benefit and should not be used as a substitute for your prescribed medications. Always check with your prescriber before starting or taking any over-the-counter medications.
Who is Gentry Health Services?

Medical Mutual has partnered with Gentry Health Services to fulfill order requests for the Simply Supplies Program offered under their Medicare Advantage Program. Gentry Health will take and process your benefit order and ship the products directly to you.

Place Your Order
  1. Review the Simply Supplies List and identify the items you want to select with your allowance.
  2. Place your order using your preferred method below:
    • Online: Access our Online Request Form
    • Call: Please be sure to have your MedMutual Member ID available and the list of items you would like to order. Contact Gentry Health Services toll-free at (844) 481-6720 (TTY: 711 for hearing impaired). Gentry Health Services representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    • Email: Orders placed by email must include your MedMutual Member ID, Name, Address and Phone Number. Also include the Product Number, Product Name, Quantity and Price of all items you would like to order and send to:

Important Information:
  • Be sure to use your entire allowance, as you will not be able to redeem any unused amount in the next benefit period (“Use it or lose it”).
  • Place your order no later than two weeks before the end of your monthly or quarterly allowance period to ensure Gentry Health Services is able to process your order within the applicable benefit period
  • Orders will be shipped to your home by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service at no extra charge to you. Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time Gentry Health Services receives your order to delivery at your address.
  • Check your MedMutual Evidence of Coverage to verify your plan’s allowance amount.
  • Monthly benefit reset dates are the 1st day of each month.
  • Quarterly benefit reset dates are: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
  • The product list is subject to change.
  • Please consult your doctor before taking any OTC product.
